We are delighted to welcome you at 15:00, and often earlier, by prior arrangement. Check-out is 11 AM so you can relax in the morning of your departure. If you would like to leave later, please ask, we can probably arrange a complimentary late check out. We can store your luggage if you would like. If you are arriving after hours, we have an on-site lockbox for you to collect the keys.

All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. We also have ceiling and oscillating fans and mosquito nets in every room. An advantage to our hilltop location is the cooling breezes.
We love to cook and lived in the house, so it has lots of pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, kitchen gadgets and tools. We even have hard-boiled egg cups.
No, you do not have to speak Italian to enjoy the Marche! Almost every restaurant has someone who speaks English, many have English menus, and if not, a translator app will get you through. Many of the area's winemakers, tour guides, and shop owners speak English.
We have a portable bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy your music on the loggia or in the casetta. There is a soundbar in the living room.
We also have a Smart TV with HDMI inputs, an Apple TV, and a DVD player.
I will send you our Digital Guest Guide, which is available as an app you can put on your phone without using data or requiring a login. It is available in any language, you can search it, and use GPS navigation to find our recommended places. We are also available before and during your stay to make personalized recommendations! Every bedroom has at least one USB plug in socket, and we have additional USB outlets. There is a triple-USB plug in on the credenza in the dining room. We have several universal power adapters. We also have several charging cords if you forget yours.

Yes, rent a car. It’s really the best way to explore the area. We are one hour from Ancona’s airport and about 2.5 hours from the Rome airports. Despite what you might have heard about driving in Italy, it’s pretty straight-forward and not as terrifying as you think. Italians drive on the right-hand side. If you are from the USA or Britain, you will need an International Driving Permit in addition to your driver’s license. For Americans, they are available at AAA offices, there is no need to be a member. In Britain, you can get one at a post office. We have parking for 4-5 cars. All of our nearby roads are paved and in good condition.

We have a washing machine and a clothesline and drying racks. Detergent is included.
There are six adjustable sun lounge chairs and two hanging chairs by the pool. We have 4 sitting chairs in the gravel garden, 8 chairs at the outside dining table, and a small kids table. There is also a ping pong table and grill.
We have three external security cameras for the entrances. There are no cameras inside the house.
Absolutely! Our bed linens are professionally laundered and ironed. We have lightweight bedspreads for the summer and heavier weighted bedspreads for the colder seasons. We also have blankets in every bedroom and extra blankets downstairs in the bench. We provide one large bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest.
